Custom software development
We build software to a client's specification, from the first scoping session through to deployment and handover. Work is scoped as a project with defined deliverables and milestones.

IT consultancy
We advise clients on technical decisions they only get to make once: how a system should be structured, whether the one they have is worth keeping, and what a rebuild would actually involve.

We work with corporate clients in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore. We do not develop games, provide cybersecurity services, or sell to consumers.

How engagements work.
Scope and pricing
Every engagement starts with a written proposal setting out the scope, the deliverables, the timeline and the price. Development projects are quoted as a fixed fee against a defined scope. Consultancy is charged at a daily rate or as a monthly retainer.
Prices are quoted per engagement — there is no published price list, because no two systems are the same. Ask us and we will scope it.
Invoicing and payment
We invoice corporate clients directly against the signed proposal. Development projects are typically invoiced in milestones; retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
Invoices are issued in SGD, USD, EUR or GBP and are payable within 30 days by bank transfer or card. Payment terms for each engagement are set out in the proposal.

Terms of service
Services are provided by BR2 Technology Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore. Each engagement is governed by the written proposal or service agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms.
We deliver the agreed scope with reasonable skill and care. Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may change the fee and timeline. Unless the agreement says otherwise, intellectual property in bespoke deliverables transfers to the client on full payment; we retain rights in our own pre-existing tools and libraries. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Privacy
We collect only the information we need to respond to enquiries and to deliver services: a contact's name, email address, company and whatever they choose to tell us about their project. We use it to reply, to prepare proposals, to deliver the work and to issue invoices.
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. We share it with third parties only where necessary to run the business — for example payment and banking providers, accountants and hosting providers — or where we are required to by law. Data is kept only as long as needed for the engagement and for the statutory retention periods that apply to company and tax records.
We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Refunds and cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement in writing. If a client cancels part-way through a project, we invoice for work completed and accepted up to the cancellation date, and refund any prepaid fees for work not yet started. Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; the current month is not refunded once it has begun.
If a delivered milestone does not meet the agreed specification, we will correct it at no additional cost. If we cannot correct it within a reasonable period, the fee for that milestone is refunded. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of agreement.
